Our little Kennel is located in Finland, about 30 minutes drive from Helsinki.  The members of the Kennel are samoyed dogs, shiba inus and american akitas.  Tähekiir Kennel is a family Kennel, where all the members of the family – mother Kersti, sons Karl and Tomas – help to take care of the dogs.  Important role lays also on grandparents Iivi and Väino, who help us out during longer trips to abroad. 

Our animal breeding got started already in 1980 with German Sheperds, which has now grown into kennel-action.   We think of this as a normal pace of life, as I am vetenarian. 

Kennel Tähekiir is the member of Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI), Eesti Kennelliit (EKL), Estonian Samoyed Association (ESA) and Samoyed Club of Slovakia (SCS) and Samoyed Club of Finland.
